Every summer in Serbia they turn nuts into nibbles at the annual World Testicle Cooking Championships.

Cow, boar, lamb, stallion even kangaroo testicles get the chop and then put in the pot as cordon-bleu chefs from near and far serve up white kidneys in dishes ranging from testicle mousakka to testicle goulash, and from testicle pizza to testicles in béchamel sauce.
