Cow, boar, lamb, stallion even kangaroo testicles get the chop and then put in the pot as cordon-bleu chefs from near and far serve up white kidneys in dishes ranging from testicle mousakka to testicle goulash, and from testicle pizza to testicles in béchamel sauce.
