World Pizza Championships Video

Part theatre, part dough based snack! Think hollywood action, boy band routines and synchronised swimming and to that add a generous dose of fun and a wad of flour and water. You got yourself the World Pizza Championships in Salsomaggiore, Italy. Say it again with me now, Salsomaggiore - if there was ever a place name to match an event, this pairing IS IT!

So what's it all about? It's a gathering of the best pizza dough tossers in the world for a showdown of family-size proportions. Tightly choreographed routines that make the efforts displayed by my local pizza shop owner look.....well.....disgraceful in comparison. Sorry Guiseppe, but you're just not that good a tosser.
