Black Pudding throwing has been around for...well, I'm not entirely sure to be honest.

What I do know: Contestants assemble at at the Royal Oak pub to fling black puddings at a stack of Yorkshire puddings piled atop a plinth 20 feet off the ground. The rules: You can throw three competition standard six ounce puddings - underarm only. Whoever fells the most Yorkshire puddings is the winner.

Why? Again, we've hit a bit of a grey area. My advice, watch the vid and draw your own conclusions.
