Lucy Saunders writes about beer and food at www.beercook.com, as well as cookbooks, such as COOKING WITH BEER (Time Life Books, 1996). She has a degree in Old & Middle English literature, a certificate in web design, studied baking and pastry at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, apprenticed with pub chefs in at the White Horse on Parson's Green in London and Int Spinnekopke in Brussels, and attended the Siebel Institute of Brewing Studies in Chicago.
