Lianne Lopes

Hello. My name is Lianne. I presently live in Brazil, working as a missionary with my husband at an outpatient house for people living with the AIDS virus. I have two lovely daughters, Meagan and Shannon, and two Cockerspaniels, Velvet Knight and Lady. I have a Bachelor's degree in Bible and Elementary Education, and took some Master's level courses in Music theory and voice.

As far back as I can remember, I loved reading, especially about historical places. The British Isles became my passion, Ireland in particular. My life long dream to visit the Emerald Isle came true in October, 1998. I spent a week in Ireland, not nearly enough time, and long for the day when I can return. The land is more beautiful, and more mythical, experiencing it live. I highly recommend it.

I've heard to write what one is passionate about, so I combined my two passions, history and romance, to write historical romance novels. I am presently pursuing publication of a WW2 Romantic suspense novel.

Hobbies I enjoy are rubber stamping and needle crafts such as crochet and cross stitch.
