Paul Ruschmann
Paul Ruschmann is a freelance writer, researcher, and editor. A native of New Jersey, Paul now lives in the Ann Arbor, Michigan, area. He's the founder and co-owner of a business specializing in legal and legislative analysis.
Paul loves to travel, and hits the road whenever his schedule and budget permit. His favorite places to visit include Canada, Europe, the western United States, and anywhere good beer is served. He's been to 47 U.S. states, most of the major league ballparks, and many of the world's famous beaches.
In 2001, Paul created www.beerfestivals.org, a website devoted to beer festivals and tasting events around the world. His site features a calendar of events (there were nearly four hundred in 2002), festival and beer book reviews, and monthly columns highlighting top beer destinations.
In his "Beer Traveller" column, which appeared on www.suite101.com, Paul wrote about famous and offbeat beer venues. His writing about beer has also appeared in a number of "brewspapers" and travel websites.
