Bob Mendelsohn

Bob Mendelsohn is a worldly man. He grew up in the US, in Kansas City, and lives in Sydney Australia. In between he has visited in Asia, Africa, Europe, South and North America, and hopes to be in your city soon!

His travels are often work related as he is a minister with the group called "Jews for Jesus". He's keen on so many things, it's hard to nail him down. He loves to read and to play sports. He says, "I'm like a dog; give me a ball and I'll chase it." So he plays tennis and golf, racquetball and squash. He loves his wife and kids who also all live in Sydney.

They have lived in Washington, DC, New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco and the last 10 years in Sydney.

His hobby of photography is a newish hobby, although you can find some of his old photos on a Brownie (yup, that's what we said) from 1957 or so on his flickr site. Since he bought a fancy-shmancy camera from Nikon a few years ago, he's gone mad, taking shots of thousands of flowers, churches, synagogues, cemeteries, people, trains, and ... you name it!
