From the Lidos of Comacchio to Cattolica along more than 110 kilometres of coastline, music, theatre performances, art displays and light installations cast a pink hue over the sea front, piazzas, restaurants and clubs as revellers paint the coast pink during their annual summer new year's eve celebrations.
Thousands of street-lamps turn pink, fireworks animate the most popular beaches and hundreds of shows, concerts and events add to the Adriatic's biggest summer party.
