The southern end of Maslin beach - south of Adelaide in South Australia - is Australia's first official nude beach and to celebrate the fact of nude, nudity and everything naked, each and every January - on or about Australia Day (January 26) - hundreds of beach-goers front up, tackle out, for the annual Maslin Beach Nude Olympics.
Events include the nude 3 legged race (not touching that one), the discus, the flag race and the best bum competition.
So if you fancy yourself in the buff, and you've got a very intimate friend to help you out with sunscreen application, head on down to Maslin Beach on Australia Day and wave your wobbly bits proudly in celebration of how we entered this wonderful world.
