National Tractor Pulling Championships

If you never been to a tractor pull, this is the one to hit. Although there are hundreds of tractor pulls all around America, all of them generally the same, this is the biggest, baddest and one of the oldest. Since 1966, farmers in these parts have been suping up their John Deere's in order to see who can pull a huge hunk of steel (a motorized mechanical exchanger) the farthest the fastest. And every August some 60,000 people who pay either $15 per session or $60 for a weekend pass come to see the best tractor pullers our great country has to offer as they compete for an overall purse of $150,000.
