In 1957, the legendary little man Billy Bart, put Little People on the map by making a public plea for solidarity, giving birth to the Little People of America National Convention.
Now hundreds of LPs gather every year in various places around America to greet, meet, dance, play sports and yes, look for love. Also on hand every year is the Dwarf Expo, which displays products for our LP friends, such as adaptive driving equipment, clothes, furniture, books etc. -- things most people take for granted. There are also counseling seminars available. Both dwarfs and non-dwarfs of all ages are welcome. Remember that this is an annual traveling convention, so be sure to inquire about future locations for this July event.
