On March 15, 1998, Ganesh became the first elephant born in Ohio since the stone ages when woolly mammoths roamed the area. Now every March the Cincinnati Zoo celebrates Ganesh's Birthday with a giant card, giant cake and afterwards...a bath. Entrance to the zoo ranges between $4.75 and $10, with a $5 charge for parking.
