If Madrilenos needed a reason to fiesta away the majority of May, their very own patron saint - San Isdiro - grants them just that opportunity. For a week or so either side of San Isidro's Feast Day on May 15th, Madrid and it's suburbs are celebration central as concerts and flamenco fill public spaces and party-hardy locals get even less sleep than usual.
