February in Quebec is winter carnival time and whilst the heat may be missing there's plenty of the white stuff, and it's used to create a Carnival celebration like no other.

For two and half weeks Quebec whoops it up winter-style with events ranging from dogsled racing and sled rafting to snow sculpting and outdoor dance parties. And whilst there may be no leggy Amazonian beauties scantily clad in strategically placed sequins name another carnival celebration where you can enjoy snow baths and arctic spas.
