Got calves the size of grapefruits? Fancy a challenge? Each September fitness nuts and masochists (there is a distinction I'm told) gather at the foot of the Banyan Tree Bangkok to race to it's 61st floor in an event dubbed the Vertical Marathon. As you puff and wheeze your way up those 1,093 steps remember, its all for a good cause.
